5. Membership owner data must match with the ticket buyer's data, starting from the name, email and ID Card/passport/other identity cards used.

6. E-tiket akan diterbitkan dan dikirim ke email Anda setelah pembayaran diterima.

FAQ Ticket Buying

1. Can I buy the ticket if my membership email is not GMAIL?
   Yes. Please ensure the email you use for membership is active and registered to purchase the tickets. You may use your GMAIL to sign in and update the email in the billing form to match your membership email. Always make sure the email is active because the e-ticket will be delivered to the email address written in the billing form.

2. Names on membership only use 2 (two) syllables, while names on National ID/KTP use 3 (three) syllables. How should I write the name?
   Always remember to fill out the billing form using the name that matches your ID card, passport, or other kind of identification you use to buy tickets. For ticket redemption, names and personal information will once again be validated using WEVERSE member information.

3. Do I have to fill in 2 different data fields if I want to buy 2 tickets?
   One buyer`s information is enough, but please ensure that other ticket holders still bring their ID on the day of the event to facilitate vaccination checking.

4. Can I use my student card to purchase tickets?
   If you are under the age of 17, you can use a student card or KIA (Kartu Anak Indonesia) if you do not have an identity card (KTP/Passport).

5. Am I allowed to use someone else's data to purchase tickets, since I don't have an ID card or passport?
   No, buyer data require name, email, and personal identity information and is identical to membership data.

6. Can all membership owners buy tickets?
   No. Only members who have registered on Weverse can purchase the presale tickets on September 6, 2022.

 

FAQ Pembelian Tiket

1. Apakah dapat menggunakan email lain selain gmail untuk membership? Apakah tetap dapat dipakai membeli tiket?
   Ya bisa. Untuk pembelian tiket, pastikan kamu menggunakan email yang terdaftar sesuai dengan email membership kamu dan pastikan email dalam keadaan aktif ya. Untuk sign-in kamu dapat menggunakan gmail terlebih dahulu, dan mengganti email tersebut sesuai dengan email membership pada form billing. Pastikan email yang kamu gunakan untuk formulir penagihan (form billing) aktif, karena e-ticket akan dikirimkan ke email tersebut.

2. Nama di membership hanya ada 2 suku kata, sementara di KTP nama ada 3 suku kata. Bagaimana cara penulisan nama yang benar?
   Jika nama di membership hanya menggunakan 2 suku kata, mohon mengisi form billing dengan nama asli yang tercantum pada KTP/Paspor atau Identitas diri yang kamu gunakan untuk pembelian tiket. Nama dan data diri akan diverifikasi kembali sesuai data member WEVERSE pada saat penukaran tiket.

3. Apakah saya perlu mengisi 2 data berbeda jika ingin membeli 2 tiket?
   Tidak perlu, karena 1 data dapat digunakan untuk membeli 2 tiket. Namun bagi pemilik tiket lainnya harap untuk tetap membawa identitas diri pada hari kegiatan acara untuk memudahkan proses pengecekan vaksinasi. 

4. Apakah kartu pelajar dapat digunakan untuk pembelian tiket?
   Bagi pembeli tiket yang belum berusia 17, anda dapat menggunakan kartu pelajar atau KIA (Kartu Anak Indonesia) sebagai pengganti kartu identitas (KTP/Paspor)

5. Apakah diperbolehkan untuk menggunakan data orang lain saat pembelian tiket jika saya belum memiliki KTP/Paspor?
   Tidak, data pembeli harus diawali dengan nama, email dan informasi identitas pribadi yang sesuai dan identik dengan data pada membership. 

6. Apakah semua member dapat melakukan pembelian tiket?
   Tidak. Hanya pemilik membership yang telah melakukan registrasi di weverse terlebih dahulu yang dapat membeli tiket presale pada tanggal 6 september 2022.

Important Notice

1. The queuing number will be determined according to the Cognitix system by ticket availability and stated on the e-ticket.
2. No ADMISSION for children under 12 years old & pregnant lady. All sections (standing) are open to adults (18 years and above) and minors 12 - 17 years old. We recommend that underage viewers be accompanied by an adult to be safe.
3. Attendees above 18 years old must show the self-printed vaccines card (if any) or certificate for the third dose (booster) vaccines, and those between the ages of 12 - 17 should show documentation of a COVID-19-negative PCR test and certificate for the second dose of the vaccination.
4. It is suggested to bring your printed vaccination certificate card (needed in case of bad signal or PeduliLindungi application inaccessible).
5. COGNITIX retains the right to invalidate the ticket and refuse the improper usage of the ticket due to the system unauthorized modification that was discovered during the ticket buying process.

Terms and Conditions Ticket

1. Tickets (E-Tickets and Physical Tickets) can only be purchased through the txtjakarta.cognitix.id and valid to enter the TXT WORLD TOUR ACT: LOVE SICK in Jakarta concert.
2. E-Tickets should be redeemed with the physical tickets before entering the venue.
3. Tickets can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless specifically stated by the promoter. The event's postponement or cancellation is subject to the event's terms and conditions (TXT WORLD TOUR ACT: LOVE SICK in Jakarta).
4. The full name and ID/Passport Number which are filled in the Ticket Order Form should be the same as the physical ID/Passport. Please ensure that your full name and ID number are correct with your Physical ID/Passport. Any differences in name and ID number may cause your ticket to be forfeited/invalid.
5. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from COGNITIX or other authorized points of sale that are appointed by the promoter.
6. The resale of tickets at the same price or any price in excess of the official purchase price is prohibited. COGNITIX is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial third-party or resellers.
7. COGNITIX has the right to change, add or modify all provisions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions and/or information on the event (including but not limited to performances by performers or artists, and order of appearances) at any time, for any reason without prior notice or compensation to ticket buyers.
8. COGNITIX is not responsible for lost and stolen tickets, especially if the tickets are given to other parties as transactions outside COGNITIX Website.  COGNITIX is also not responsible for any risks of loss and or title for gift vouchers, which are transmitted electronically to other purchasers upon electronic transmission to the recipient.
9. The ticket buyer hereby declares to waive the legal right to file a claim either through the courts or any other legally permitted means to sue COGNITIX in the event of a cancellation of the event which is carried out unilaterally by the artist or the government or for other reasons beyond the ability of COGNITIX.
10. Other terms and conditions are stated in COGNITIX, venue, and promoter official websites.
11. Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the promoter.
12. By purchasing the ticket to TXT WORLD TOUR ACT: LOVE SICK in Jakarta, you agreed to the applicable terms and conditions.

 

Informasi Penting

1. Nomor antrian akan ditentukan berdasarkan sistem Cognitix sesuai ketersediaan tiket dan akan tercantum di e-tiket.
2. Anak berusia dibawah 12 Tahun dan Wanita hamil TIDAK DIPERBOLEHKAN masuk ke dalam area konser. Semua kategori tiket adalah All Standing dan terbuka untuk orang dewasa diatas 18 Tahun. Jika ada anak berusia 12 - 17 Tahun, kami menghimbau untuk dapat ditemani oleh orang dewasa demi kenyamanan dan keamanan bersama.
3. Pengunjung di atas 18 tahun harus menunjukkan kartu vaksin yang dicetak sendiri (jika ada) atau sertifikat untuk vaksin dosis ketiga (booster), dan mereka yang berusia antara 12 - 17 tahun harus menunjukkan dokumentasi tes PCR negatif COVID-19 dan sertifikat untuk dosis kedua vaksinasi.
4. Disarankan untuk membawa serta bukti cetak sertifikat vaksinasi Anda (dibutuhkan jika terjadi gangguan sinyal dan aplikasi PeduliLindungi tidak dapat digunakan).
5. COGNITIX berhak untuk membatalkan tiket dan menolak penggunaan tiket yang tidak semestinya karena penyalahgunaan sistem secara tidak sah yang ditemukan selama proses pembelian tiket.

 

Syarat dan Ketentuan Tiket

1. Tiket (termasuk E-Ticket dan Tiket fisik) hanya dijual melalui txtjakarta.cognitix.id dan dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke acara konser TXT WORLD TOUR ACT: LOVE SICK in Jakarta.
2. E-Voucher harus ditukarkan dengan tiket fisik untuk dapat masuk ke area acara.
3. Tidak ada pengembalian atau penukaran tiket yang akan dilakukan dalam keadaan apapun kecuali ditentukan oleh penyelenggara acara. Penundaan atau pembatalan acara tunduk pada syarat dan ketentuan acara tersebut (TXT WORLD TOUR ACT: LOVE SICK in Jakarta).
4. Nama dan NIK/Nomor Passport yang diisi pada Form Pembelian Tiket harus sama dengan KTP/Passport asli anda. Pastikan bahwa nama lengkap dan nomor kartu identitas Anda sesuai dengan KTP / Passport asli anda. Segala perbedaan nama dan Nomor identitas anda dapat menyebabkan tiket anda hangus/tidak berlaku.
5. Akses masuk akan ditolak jika tiket tidak dibeli dari COGNITIX atau tempat penjualan resmi yang ditunjuk oleh pihak promotor.
6. Dilarang memperjual belikan tiket dengan harga yang sama dan atau melebihi harga pembelian resmi. COGNITIX tidak bertanggung jawab atas tiket yang dibeli melalui pihak ketiga atau reseller tidak resmi.
7. COGNITIX berhak untuk mengubah, memodifikasi, atau mengubah informasi atas acara (termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada penampilan dari pemain atau artis, dan atau urutan penampilan atau artis), setiap saat, untuk alasan apapun, tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya atau kompensasi kepada pembeli tiket.
8. COGNITIX tidak bertanggung jawab atas tiket yang hilang atau dicuri, terutama jika tiket diberikan kepada orang lain sebagai transaksi di luar txtjakarta.cognitix.id. Tiket tidak dapat digunakan untuk keperluan komersial termasuk untuk (dan tidak terbatas kepada) kupon hadiah, kompetisi dan undian. Tiket yang dijual dan digunakan dalam kondisi tersebut akan ditolak dan dibatalkan tanpa pengembalian dana. Tanpa Terkecuali.
9. Dengan membeli tiket, pembeli setuju untuk melepaskan hak hukumnya untuk menuntut COGNITIX jika acara dibatalkan karena artis, pemerintah atau faktor lain di luar kendali COGNITIX.
10. Syarat dan ketentuan lainnya tercantum di situs web resmi COGNITIX, venue, dan website resmi promotor.
11. Setiap keluhan mengenai acara akan diarahkan dan ditangani oleh promotor.
12. Dengan membeli tiket untuk TXT WORLD TOUR ACT: LOVE SICK in Jakarta, Anda telah menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
